# BMPs de @RHSAFRF

Los BMP (*Boyevaya Mashina Pyekhoty, Vehículo de Combate de Infantería*) son una familia de vehículos que empezó a desarrollarse en los años 60 bajo requerimiento de la URSS de un vehículo capaz de transportar a la infantería de forma segura en un ambiente NBQR. Además, debían de estar equipados con armamento capaz de hacer frente a otros vehículos blindados.

De esta forma nace en 1967 el BMP-1, un vehículo anfibio impulsado por cadenas de perfil bajo con motor ubicado en la parte frontal, lo que deja espacio para alojar infantería en la parte trasera, y una torreta en el centro del casco.

Más tarde, en los años 80, aparecería el BMP-2, una versión que comparte chasis, motor, blindaje y ciertos sistemas con su antecesor pero incorpora una notable mejora de armamento.

Finalmente, en los años 90 se presentó el BMP-3 con la intención de sustituir al BMP-2, aunque no lo consiguió. Esta versión incorpora importantes mejoras en sistemas de ayudas al combate, así como nuevas mejoras en armamento.

El HMMWV (*High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV; coloquial: Humvee*) es una familia de vehículos militares ligeros 4x4 principalmente usados por las fuerzas armadas norteamericanas.

Su primer uso masivo fue en los desierto de Iraq y Kuwait en la Guerra del Golfo de 1991, y desde entonces ha sufrido numerosas modificaciones para mejorar sus prestaciones y supervivencia, además de adaptarse para desempeñar otros roles en el campo de batalla.

Se trata de una versión de blindaje muy básico, usada principalmente para entrenamientos. Se diferencia visualmente del resto de versiones por tener las puertas con forma de "X".

A pesar de su nombre (Cargo Carrier) no tiene ninguna ventaja de carga respecto a otros modelos, tan sólo de transporte de tropas.

### Resumen y Uso

Se trata de la versión de HMMWV con blindaje medio que incluye diferentes tipos de protección para los artilleros, además de modelos con sistemas de reconocimiento. Respecto a las versiones anteriores incluye la M240B como opción de armamento, y se distingue de estas al no tener completamete plano el frontal del vehículo.

- **M1151A1:** Modelo base con capacidad de transporte reducida (4 en total).
- **M1151A1 (GPK):** Modelo con artillero con una protección ligera.
- **M1151A1 (GPK/LRAS3):** Modelo con artillero con una protección ligera y sistema de reconocimiento.
- **M1151A1 (O-GPK):** Modelo con artillero con una protección moderada.
- **M1151A1 (CROWS):** Modelo con artillero con una protección integral y torreta controlada de forma remota, pero sacrificando un espacio de pax.
